Yoga blocks, a mat, and a strap will cover all your needs during our classes. You can substitute yoga blocks with anything supportive for your hands, i.e. pillows or books; and a strap with a belt or a towel. We also offer a few classes with a yoga wheel and a foam roller, but these classes are optional and are not included in the programs. If you don't have these props, please feel free to skip those classes.
