You can create your own personalized programs ('Start Training' on the Home screen -> 'Create Program') where you can set your program length and intensity to match your goals, choose a class duration that fits your schedule, and select your favorite trainers. Our smart algorithm considers your preferences and training history to create a program tailored specifically to you, ensuring effective and enjoyable sessions.
You can also join one of our on-demand flexibility and mobility programs (Programs on the bottom menu). These programs range from 7 to 90 days with 5-7 classes per week, each focused on a specific goal such as the Full Body Health program or the Front Splits Challenge.
After you create or join a program, it will be added to your Home screen. You can find the full list of the challenge days on the Program screen by tapping Details next to the program name. Just tap a day you'd like to complete on the Home or the Program screen and enjoy your training. Good luck!
