When I rotate my phone the screen does not rotate

All app screens (except for the video playback) are set up to work in portrait mode only. The video screen works in a full-screen landscape mode when you rotate your device. If the video screen doesn't rotate on your device, please make sure that the Portrait Orientation Lock on your device is turned off.
