If you already have a STRETCHIT account, just follow the invitation link, log in to your account in the app, and tap Accept.
If you don’t have a STRETCHIT account yet, open the app, tap Start Training, complete the short survey, and create your account. Then follow the invitation link and tap Accept. If you don’t have the STRETCHIT app installed, you’ll be forwarded to the App Store/Google Play to download the app first.
Once you accept the invitation, you’ll see the competition on your Competitions screen. Who earns the most points by the end wins.
