1. Check if STRETCHIT appears under Premium apps activated in your Wellhub account. To do this, open the Wellhub app, tap Profile in the bottom menu, then scroll down. If STRETCHIT is listed there, it likely means you’ve activated your access using a different STRETCHIT account.
2. Contact us at support@stretchitapp.com and let us know any email addresses you might have used to create another STRETCHIT account. Also, please share your Wellhub ID so we can reach out to Wellhub support if needed. You can find it in the Wellhub app by tapping Profile - it's the 13-digit number displayed below your name.
