With the Monthly subscription plan, you are responsible for a one-time LOMN service fee of US$12.00. The LOMN is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This fee is charged at checkout and can be covered by your HSA/FSA funds.
With the Yearly subscription plan, the LOMN service fee is fully covered by STRETCHIT.
