We're sorry to hear that you have trouble using the app. Could you please delete the STRETCHIT app from your phone and download it again on the App Store? Please make sure your Wi-Fi or cellular connection is strong, and try to play a class again.
If that doesn’t help and you have trouble streaming a class, please download it to your device first (the download button is the one to the right of the 'Start Training' button), and then tap 'Start Training'.
