Please only go as far as your body allows. Take your time, keep practicing at your own pace, and you will totally rock it soon. Use yoga blocks and a strap to extend your reach. Don't feel the need to do the exercises with the same range of motion as the trainer in the video. Use her only for guidance.
If you've never stretched before, we suggest to follow the Personal Recommendations or join Touch Your Toes Challenge. If you'd like to choose a class manually, please stick to Full Body and Extra Active Stretch beginner classes until you feel comfortable with the exercises.
