You can use our Personal Recommendations. Please click 'Help Me Choose a Class' on the Home page and follow the prompts. The system will recommend a class for you based on your goals and training history. We’ll ask for your feedback after each class and guide you to the next one to help you safely push your flexibility thresholds.
If you’d like to follow a curated program, rather than taking classes one by one, we recommend to try our challenges.
StretchIt Challenges are curated programs to help you structure your training and make progress on your goals. On the StretchIt website, there is a selection of Challenges that offer up to 6 classes a week. To sign up for a Challenge, just follow this link. Log in, choose a Challenge, and click 'Join Now.' Select your level and training time and click 'Join the Challenge.' The Challenge classes will be automatically added to your Schedule and they will be available on the website and on the app. Just follow along with the Challenge schedule as best you can and enjoy the results of your hard work!
