Absolutely! Please start your flexibility journey with our All levels classes (Classes on the bottom menu) or our Programs for Absolute Beginners (Programs on the bottom menu -> Absolute Beginner Programs).
Be patient, keep practicing and you’ll get there. We’ll be happy to see you grow! We also encourage you to take pictures of your training and save them for future reference. Don’t shy away even if you think that your particular skill is far from ideal. That’s exactly the point! Keep the pics, those are your "before" pictures. You’ll be amazed at your progress later on!
