Our Programs were designed by a professional fitness instructor. The Programs are curated to include training days (those classes were added to your Schedule) and rest days (days when no classes were scheduled). Stretching too often (e.g. every single day) may actually inhibit your flexibility gains. You can overtrain flexibility in the same way you can overdo strength training.
We understand that everyone's body is different. Our Programs reflect our recommendations on the amount of stretching that's safe and effective for a 30-Day Program. If you are more fit and flexible than most people you might want to stretch more often than the Program provides for. Listen to your body and be careful with your training, add extra classes whenever you feel a need to stretch a bit more, and don't forget to take rest days to help your body recover!
