30-Day Programs are available on the app and Challenges are available on the website. Challenges are generally more intense than 30-Day Programs and provide for up to 6 training days a week.
You can create a 30-Day Program anytime on your app. Just click 'Create Your 30-Day Program' in the Main Menu, choose your level, Program intensity, and Class Packages. The app will create a Program for you and add the classes to your Schedule. You can always add more classes to your Schedule manually on the Schedule and Classes screens.
To sign up for a Challenge, just follow this link. Log in, choose a Challenge, and click 'Join Now.' Select your level and training time and click 'Join the Challenge.' The Challenge classes will be automatically added to your Schedule and they will be available on the website and on the app. Just follow along with the Challenge schedule as best you can and enjoy the results of your hard work!
