The easiest way to schedule your training on the app is to create a 30-Day Program. You can choose your level, Program's intensity and Training Packages and the app will create a Program and add the classes to your Schedule. You can also add classes to your Schedule manually on Schedule and Classes screens. You can always add more classes to your Schedule manually on the Schedule and Classes screens.
If you are using the website, please click Help Me Choose a Class button and follow the system instructions. After every class the system will help you choose and schedule your next training.
You are also welcome to join our regular challenges. See what's coming on the website and click Challenge. Choose your level and training time and click Join. The system will add the classes to your Schedule.
