If you are using the app, you can create a 30-Day Program with up to 11 classes a month. Just click 'Create Your 30-Day Program' in the Main Menu, choose your level, Program intensity, and Class Packages. The app will create a Program for you and add the classes to your Schedule. You can always add more classes to your Schedule manually on the Schedule and Classes screens.
If you are using the website, please click 'Help Me Choose a Class' and follow the prompts. After every class, we'll help you select and schedule your next training session.
You can also join a Challenge! StretchIt Challenges are curated programs to help you structure your training and make progress on your goals. On the StretchIt website, there is a selection of Challenges that offer up to 6 classes a week. To sign up for a Challenge, just follow this link. Log in, choose a Challenge, and click 'Join Now.' Select your level and training time and click 'Join the Challenge.' The Challenge classes will be automatically added to your Schedule and they will be available on the website and on the app. Just follow along with the Challenge schedule as best you can and enjoy the results of your hard work!
