The easiest way to schedule your training on the app is to create a 30-Day Program. You can choose your level, Program intensity, and Training Packages and the app will create a Program and add the classes to your Schedule. You can always add more classes to your Schedule manually on the Schedule and Classes screens.
If you are using the website, please click Help Me Choose a Class button and follow the instructions. After every class, we'll help you select and schedule your next training session.
You are also welcome to join our regular challenges. See what's coming on the website and click Challenge. Choose your level and training time and click Join. All the classes for the challenge will then be added to your Schedule. Just follow along with the challenge schedule as best you can and enjoy the results of your hard work!
